By using Don't Drown in the Tub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. But also, stay safe in the shower.

2. No Medical or Emergency Services

Don't Drown in the Tub is a notification tool, not a medical device or professional emergency service. We don't guarantee that our notifications will reach your Guardians or that they will respond. Always have a backup plan.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for choosing reliable Guardians and ensuring they understand how the app works. You're also responsible for not slipping, as much as possible.

4. Limitation of Liability

Don't Drown in the Tub is provided "as is." We aren't liable for any injuries, deaths, or failed rescue attempts. Use at your own risk.
