2.1 Device Identifier
We collect a unique device identifier (Device ID) generated by your device or assigned by our system
when you first launch the app. This identifier is used to:
- Identify your account across sessions without requiring mandatory sign-in;
- Prevent abuse, duplicate rewards, and unauthorized multi-account activity;
- Deliver personalized content and game recommendations;
- Associate your points balance and generated games with your device.
The Device ID is an internal identifier and is not linked to your real name, phone number, or government ID unless you voluntarily provide such information.
2.2 Points & In-App Economy Data
We record all points-related transactions including:
- Points earned (e.g., publishing a game, receiving likes, completing challenges);
- Points consumed (e.g., triggering AI generation, unlocking premium features);
- Purchase history for in-app point packages;
- Current points balance and transaction timestamps.
This data is essential to operate the reward system, resolve disputes, and prevent fraudulent point manipulation.
2.3 In-App Behavior & Interaction Data
We collect data about how you interact with the app, including but not limited to:
- Buttons tapped, screens visited, and navigation paths;
- AI generation prompts you submit (the text you type to describe a game);
- Games you play, like, share, or PK against;
- Session duration, frequency of use, and feature engagement metrics;
- Error logs and crash reports.
This behavioral data helps us improve app stability, personalize your experience, and refine our AI generation models
using anonymized, aggregated insights.
2.4 Technical & Device Information
We may automatically collect:
- Device type, operating system version, and app version;
- Network connection type (Wi-Fi / cellular);
- Time zone and language settings;
- IP address (used for geo-restriction compliance and security, not stored long-term).
2.5 User-Generated Content
Games you generate and publish, your username (if set), and any public comments or reactions
are stored on our servers and may be visible to other users within the app.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: Authenticate your session, manage your points balance, and deliver AI-generated games.
- Product Improvement: Analyze aggregated behavior data to improve UI, fix bugs, and enhance AI generation quality.
- Personalization: Recommend games and Arena opponents based on your play history.
- Security & Anti-Fraud: Detect abnormal point-farming behavior or API abuse using Device ID and behavioral signals.
- AI Model Training: Anonymized prompt data may be used to fine-tune our game generation models. We do not use personally identifiable information for training.
- Analytics & Statistics: Produce aggregated, non-identifiable usage reports for internal business decisions.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers (e.g., server hosting, database services) under strict data processing agreements;
- AI API Providers (only the prompt text you submit, no Device ID or personal identifiers);
- Payment Processors for in-app purchases (they receive only the transaction amount and platform receipt, not your Device ID);
- Law Enforcement, only when required by applicable law or to protect the safety of users.
5. Data Retention
We retain your Device ID and associated data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
Points transaction logs are retained for a minimum of 12 months to support dispute resolution.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and
encrypted storage at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about your Device ID;
- Request deletion of your account and associated data;
- Object to certain processing activities;
- Data portability of your points history and generated games.

8. Children's Privacy
GameArena is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

GameArena may display links or content from third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy
practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by
updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, via an in-app notification.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
