1. Scope
This policy applies to your use of Umm Done.
Our first product principle is image privacy.
Your images never, under any circumstance, go to the cloud.
All image processing is always performed on-device.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Device Identifier
We collect a device ID to identify device-level sessions and keep the service reliable.
- Session integrity and abuse prevention;
- Reliability diagnostics and stability metrics.
Device ID is a technical identifier and does not directly include your name or phone number.
2.2 Operation Logs
We collect minimal operation logs for troubleshooting and product improvement, such as:
- Edit action types (for example crop, rotate, filter);
- Timestamps, success/failure states, and error codes;
- App version and OS version.
2.3 Image Content Handling
We do not upload your source images or edited images.
Cloud services only receive non-image orchestration metadata.
3. Why We Use This Data
- Service security and availability;
- Performance analysis and speed optimization;
- Feature usage analytics for UX improvements.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share only when necessary:
- With infrastructure providers for basic system operation data;
- When required by applicable law.
This does not include your image content.
5. Data Retention
Device IDs and operation logs are kept only for the minimum period needed
for the purposes described above, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Data Security
We use transport encryption and strict access controls.
No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request to:
- Access data associated with your device identifier;
- Request correction, deletion, or restricted processing;
- Withdraw consent where legally permitted.
8. Children
If you are under the age of majority in your region, use the service with guardian consent.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as the service evolves.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
